When in China Town (10min away) You must visit this Szechuan Chinese Restaurant. Authentic, variety, well priced good food.
Nice Indian Restaurant in the Rundle St café district of Adelaide CBD near eastern parklands.

Hills
Hahndorf is a must see (only 15 minutes drive along the freeway), with so many exceptional Cafe's, The Haus is one of those cafe's to visit in Hahndorf.
Great Atmosphere, choose between casual to formal, inside or outside. Stirling is also a great town to visit just 10min drive away.
One of the best Hahndorf has to offer, call to reserve a table near an open fire.
Uradila is a wonderful little town in the hills, when visiting make sure you stop off at the Uradila Hotel.
Great Bavarian Food and Atmosphere, in the heart of Hahndorf.
Only 15 minutes away is Mount Lofty, the Hills Botanical Gardens and Mount Lofty Summit. Its worth the short drive to Mount Lofty House.
The best beer in town, Authentic German Beer and Food.
The Woodside Providore is about 30min drive, good reliable cafe' for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
